Description	The installer crashes, when there is a special character in the path, e.g. "!". The crash opens a dialog, which keeps re-occurring after it is closed.
Steps To Reproduce	Steps to reproduce: Download Vanted 2.6.5. Locate Vanted in a path with a special characters in the path tree. Try to install Vanted 2.6.5. Try to close the error pop-up dialog window.
Additional Information	Such paths also can influence other functions, such e.g. loading of add-ons.
