Example Files

The following files are used for demonstration purposes:

• Network map (*.gml): Example1.gml
• SBML file (*.xml): Example1.xml
• Metabolite file (*_Metabolite.txt): Example1_Metabolite.txt
• C-matrix file (*cmatrix.csv): Example1Cmatrix.csv
• Reaction file (*.txt): Example1.txt

Note: To have a look at an example file, please right-click and choose "Save as...", then open the file.
